Boxing is an Art
10 Rounds of Fitness is a fitness facility where you will enjoy working out. Whether to get in shape, relieve stress or learn how to box. If you have a desire to become a boxing champion, your desires for fitness will be satisfied in many of our fitness programs.
We don’t just teach the members how to box, or get in shape, they will develop the necessary patience, calm, and discipline in the heat of battle. Boxing fitness can also take away negative energy from frustration and will relieve a stressful day. 10 Rounds will be open daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Upon request for early morning military unit workouts.
10 Rounds of Fitness is designed for group training, and one on one as you progress in your fitness level and skill level.Your membership give you the opportunity to pick and choose how you want to workout.
10 Rounds of Fitness is a Rock Steady Boxing Affiliates Gym meaning we are Fighting Back Against Parkinson’s Disease. We hold a 90 minute program for those diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease and may need extra assistance with balance, focus and mobility. We encourage volunteers/care partners to participate as assistants.
